Who we are

Information you choose to send
When you send a booking request or enquiry, the details you provide are stored in the venue’s protected Cloudflare D1 database so the team can manage and respond to your request. Booking administration also keeps short-term change snapshots for operational recovery; those application snapshots are automatically removed after 90 days.
Email marketing
If you tick the optional marketing box on a booking or enquiry form, your email address, name, source of consent and consent date are added to The Mad Platter marketing subscriber list. The box is optional and leaving it unticked does not affect your booking or enquiry. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.
Cookies and local storage
The site stores your cookie preference in your browser so the cookie banner does not need to appear every time you visit. No advertising or analytics cookies are included in this build.
Form protection
Booking and enquiry forms use required fields, a required consent tick box, server-side validation, origin checks and hidden spam-prevention fields. Turnstile is not used on this website at launch.
External services
Links may take you to external services such as Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook and the separate gift voucher provider. Those services have their own privacy and cookie policies.
